We understand things happen, and we want to be as flexible as possible for you while always being able to give our clients the best quality service possible which is why we have a few policies we must maintain. 


24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. 

This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged for 1/2 of your session's regularly priced rate. 

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”, and will be charged for the FULL session's rate. If you pre-purchased a package, you will be forfeiting one of those sessions. In cases of emergencies we will bypass this policy for a legitimate emergency situation.


Arriving Late
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session's rate.

Purchases & Refunds

There are no refunds on any purchases. This includes package deals, gift certificates, or individually paid sessions, and all retail items.  


Gift certificates are valid for one year after date of purchase. We cannot honor gift certificates after their expiration dates.

Please be aware that our therapists are subject to change over time.  Massage packages purchased must be used with the therapist whom you are buying the package from (packages purchased with Greg must be used with Greg, packages purchased with Shannon must be used with Shannon, etc.).  Family members and friends are allowed to use your package with your permission.  We will give adequate notice if and when a therapist leaves, so you are able to use any remaining time on your package with that therapist.
